Erasmus+ is a student exchange program around Europe. It was founded in the year 1987 and was made for education, training, youth and sport combined. My English teacher, Ms. Nigitz, has looked via eTwinning, which is a special program of Erasmus, for a partner school. After a long search and much effort it has worked and we have found new pen pals from a comprehensive school around Udine/Italy.

With eTwinning we and our pen pals can keep contact over our teachers; eTwinning is a program that connects schools from Europe with each other via the Internet. Our pen pals from Udine have already sent us a video in which they introduced themselves. We were really happy about the video and so we sent a video back and made pictures with the letters our pen pals had written to us. After the Christmas holiday we wrote a text about Austrian Christmas traditions and sent it with e Twinning to our partner school. And the next step will be to make a short documentary about our school and send it to Italy. Well, we can´t wait to get started….
